	🥁 11:14pm nostrangerer: Fun show. Tramp by Otis and Carla is the only one I expected. The majority of the rest have been lesser known versions of known tunes or lesser known tunes by known performers. Fun show.
	11:17pm Franco Twinkie: I was with an ex-girl friend when we met Sean Bonniwell, the writer of Come On In, at her band mates house. Recently I asked her if she ever saw him again. She said only once, they went to the county fair together to see George Jones....who Sean had never heard of!

	11:49pm coelacanth∅: yeah i really wanted a banana splits flexi, but my mother wouldn't buy whatever kind of cereal it was on. she only bought sweetened cereals if they were on sale, and refused to buy certain ones at all.
	11:50pm Funky16Corners: That was the rule in our house, too. Living under the tyranny of puffed rice (blecchhh)
	11:50pm rw: I've got the Banana Splits singles. I think I sent away for them with boxtops and maybe a dollar.
	11:51pm Erica: At least it wasn't Rasin Bran Larry. Haha!
	11:51pm rw: And I sort of remember cereal box flexis. You would cut them off the back of the box, right? And then you had to tape them down to the turntable to keep them from slipping.
	11:52pm coelacanth∅: oh we had shredded wheat, total, cheerios, grapenuts, corn flakes... and all 3 chex cereals. i went through dozens of rice chex boxes, collecting "the lindburg line" model cars.
	11:52pm rw: I have a buddy who did a book on cereal boxes. I bet he's got some. He would know at least.
	11:52pm Erica: Raisin Bran I meant. This chat room needs to have an editing system similar to Facebook, man.
	11:53pm Funky16Corners: @rw - Right on both counts. I have the set of Banana Splits 45s that you had t mail away for. The other records got cut right off the box
	11:54pm rw: Used to love Grapenuts with a ton of sugar added on top. F16C, are your Banana Splits singles as beat up as mine are?
	11:55pm coelacanth∅: i remember one that was square or something, and the corners of course would curl up and whack the tone arm off the record
	11:55pm Funky16Corners: They are clean enough to DJ with but in fairly beat looking shape.
	11:56pm Franco Twinkie: Speaking of free stuff with food: In Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, when Cliff booth kicks Bruce Lees ass, in the back round on the wall of the sound stage are cartoon posters of Laurel And Hardy. Smaller versions were folded up in Fritos corn chip packages in the sixties.

	11:17pm Franco Twinkie: I was with an ex-girl friend when we met Sean Bonniwell, the writer of Come On In, at her band mates house. Recently I asked her if she ever saw him again. She said only once, they went to the county fair together to see George Jones....who Sean had never heard of!
