	9:45pm Matt from New Orleans: The summers are hard for me as I don’t feel like eating a lot but if I don’t eat enough protein I get brain fog. It doesn’t help when I also throw in a 10 mile round trip to and from my office. I just need to be more mindful of my eating, drinking water and sleeping. Everything has been out of whack for a bit. Some days I feel good and others real crappy and mostly somewhere in between. Today I had been feeling crappy but then ate a good lunch but I made four trips to the store on my bike to get ready for the storm headed this way so I ate a lot of protein at dinner and I’m feeling pretty good. It’s no fun getting older.

	10:53pm Dean: So close to where I have spent many days visiting my parents from about 1990! My dad passed away in 2010, but she remained there at Beach and Imperial. (Now she's up here, three blocks from us.) Oh, hell, yeah. Steamers!

	11:05pm Dean: I've always appreciated Fullerton and environs. Yeah, it's OC, "conservative," call it what you want, but I'm now in Berkeley, and it ain't exactly progressive heaven. A buddy of mine, an accomplished filmmaker, lives there. Went to college in Orange at Chapman. He's amazingly creative, disciplined, poised to keep doing great work. I suspect every town in America has folks like him.

	11:05pm Dean: I've always appreciated Fullerton and environs. Yeah, it's OC, "conservative," call it what you want, but I'm now in Berkeley, and it ain't exactly progressive heaven. A buddy of mine, an accomplished filmmaker, lives there. Went to college in Orange at Chapman. He's amazingly creative, disciplined, poised to keep doing great work. I suspect every town in America has folks like him.
