Looking this up on Apple Music, and I see the Backstreet Boys have a song of the same title "Show me the meaning of being lonely" is this a cover??

@Baumer! Killing you with POP! The Backstreet Boys is very beautiful + emotional too. But the production is super slick of course.

Killing me and I love it!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:17pm

This show is making me better at guessing, "This is going to be a Japanese single" from hearing a bit of the instrumental intro. (First one I heard like that that I can think of was the track used in "Kill Bill Pt 1" by Meiko Kaji, also a previous-soundtrack cut like I suspect this one is.)
Avatar 3:24pm
Baumer!:

I was going to go down to the beach for a little walk this morning, but I didn't get to it and now I am hesitant to go because of the time it would take between getting out of the garage and the stream buffering I might miss something amazing. All the gems on this show

Ahh! “Dirty Boots” reminds me of the old Disc-O-Rama that used to exist on the east side of Union Square. So many “promos” for sale. And show tickets. That whole strip is being vacated to make way for a “renovation” of the merger building into something more… Fancy… NYC memories.

Today's show was as good as any you've done so far, @Sheila B! Kadhja Bonet is indeed a rare find, she'll make a perfect inaugural live guest on SB-B. Thanks and have a great week!

@Adrian, It's odd because that soundtrack is in the new bin, but it's not new. Hmmm.....

[looks back into the archive] Ah, she played Nediya from Ya Nass, which is from 2012. Probably from her collection.

Love hearing you gush when you first heard Kadhja and brought her to the airwaves!

Aaliyah's music will endure for that subtlety, that effortlessness. She always knew exactly what to do with her voice.

I liked Jitter! Not finding much info on Grace after 2017, hope the industry didn't grind her down.
