Ken, I think a lot of us have had such feelings, but since the criterion in the Wikipedia entry is that they be PLEASANT, I doubt many of us have had ASMR. I've gotten tingling from the sensation you describe, but it was Unpleasant. Breath stimulation via the ear I find pleasant (Daddy used to do it to us), but not producing those remote sensations, just being locally tickly.
