Ira vs IRA -- was always stopped in mi tracks when in the late 70s - early 80s ... Wall Street, et al.. started the "Individual Retirement Arrangements" = IRA ... but seeing IRA Ads on the walls all over NYC took some psychological readjustments underneath the ironic chuckles .. Thanks Ira ... not IRA ...

@Corey I’m in North Buffalo and we probably got about 6 inches too, so not so bad. South Bflo and suburbs south of the city got it much worse. Orchard Park, where the Bills play, got 5 and a half feet of snow!

The Gants are underrated and I Wonder is totally #1.

I've always wondered, though, in the instrumental break to I Wonder, where the twelve-string just kinda chords on through, is there supposed to be a solo there? Because it feels sometimes like there's supposed to be and maybe it got dropped in the final mix.

@prof That MXR poly blue octave pedal sounds so good (minus the fuzz which you wouldn't use it for anyway)

And I think an early "Guess Who?" single from Gaylord's fake-Beatles wheelhouse, may be on the FMU blog.

You guys know about the King Uszniewicz thing Cub Koda did? sorta fake garage frat band. Norton put something out but he did lots of tapes and small press 45's that are around. I met Cub here but didn't know him well. Friends of mine did though and the stories are endlessly fascinating. He used to make records and drop them in thrift stores around town. Sometimes just scratching them up or making them unplayable looking northern soul rarities. Just to mess with the collector guys (like us). What a great character.
