It's frustrating - because it seems clear that revoking Educational status is really a pretext for extortion of this Listener Supported station for their declining real estate Tax coffers. That is - it isn't *really* the question - but - they are framing it this way ...So...
However! I don't know much about formalities or legalities - but from what (very) little Ive seen of Courts of Law for instance - Quantity of Support can be a Statement of its own sort.
