	6:59am Really Lisa: Heidee, I won’t do a sales pitch for this particular ‘brand’ but I have borrowed a lot of useful info from Chi running and chi walking practices. I met a certified coach many years ago, attending a free seminar he held at my local sports gear shop. Had a group session, and a few individual sessions over the years after that, to get a good grasp on proper pre and post run stretches and all in between as mentioned, form breathing etc., as I was a repetitive injury clutz. I met a certified coach many years ago, attending a free seminar he held at my local sports gear shop. Had a group session, and a few individual sessions over the years after that, to get a good grasp on proper pre and post run stretches and all in between as mentioned, form breathing etc., as I was a repetitive injury clutz.
