I think they are all great but I lean toward "Satchidananda" and "Ptah the al-Daoud" (with Pharoah Sanders and Joe Henderson), and "Huntington Ashram Monastery" (with Ron Carter and Rashied Ali).

Also started The Buried Giant by Kazuo Ishiguro. Bailed after about 50 pages because I hated it.

	11:28am rebuketodali: You gotta get the hang of the prose style, but once you do, Ducks, Newburyport is very readable. I loved it. Imagine if a Jenny Offill-esque protagonist kind of meets the style of the Penelope chapter in Ulysses. @redbee : the cover is wonderful!

I think they are all great but I lean toward "Satchidananda" and "Ptah the al-Daoud" (with Pharoah Sanders and Joe Henderson), and "Huntington Ashram Monastery" (with Ron Carter and Rashied Ali).

Also started The Buried Giant by Kazuo Ishiguro. Bailed after about 50 pages because I hated it.
