	6:37pm Dean: Never saw the Go-Go's, but did see The Eyes, featuring chresti's former roommate. A super band. Happy birthday, chresti! Those old fuzzy videos of the early Go-Go's definitely depict a band not quite ready for prime time, but all the more lovable for that fact.

	6:53pm Dean: I avoided X in their prime and always. So sue me. But I would have loved to have seen the Randoms. Both bands played the Masque Benefit on the second night, which I didn't make. And of course the drummer for the Eyes was D.J. Bonebrake.
	6:54pm Dean: But I did acquire X's first single from one of the guys at Dangerhouse, pre-release, because I was working for Flipside at the time. Gave it to a buddy who likes the band.
	6:54pm Joe B: that Pacific Breeze comp is great. Vol. 1 is on my list

	6:57pm Franco Twinkie: P-90.I first saw X practicing at The Masque on a Sunday afternoon. About a month later I saw them open for The Screamers at The Whiskey. They were ragged at first, but every subsequent time they were better. Meaner, tougher, more musical.
	6:59pm Jett: Still have my Go-Gos single on U.K. Stiff records, where they went to, in order to launch their debut. I prefer that version of "We Got The Beat." By the time the released the re-make in the states, it was old news to me.
