Cool, there's not much "random" art stuff around here, it tends to come with some serious dedication
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:09pm
Sem:

Hello, David, and all aboard.

Caught a great blue heron by surprise on my morning walk: it was in an apple tree, rubbing the sleep out of its eyes. Less serene than usual, I think.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:10pm
David Dichelle:

Hey Sem, hopefully it has now found its way back to a more meditative state.
Avatar 🚂 3:11pm

dutchtheo, did you spot anything in the sky on Saturday?
Avatar 🚂 Swag For Life Member 3:35pm
dutchtheo:

No, Brian, no comet visible, i saw a nice picture of Liverpool with the comet
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:37pm

Yes, Brian. Seems singularly cluimsy in very early flight, but at altitude, a thing of a certain kind of beauty.
Avatar 3:37pm
northguineahills:

In FL I spotted the ISS, and all of the visible planets (Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus and Mercury), and last week I saw Neowise. (night skies here are either hazy from humidity or cloudy, but midnight to 3am you might get a decent glimpse. I got lucky w/ the comet, a high pressure came through and the sky was crystal clear)>
Avatar 🚂 Swag For Life Member 3:39pm
Brian in UK:

We are south-east facing with an upward slope behind us, so not sure how good the view would be. Tomorrow is supposed to be the closest it will be.

ngh, an eye opener.
