I stopped following Andy Partridge on Twitter. Sometimes a peek behind the curtain of a beloved musician gets in the way of loving their music. He seems really neurotic and petty and it just wasn't fun to keep up with his issues. Stick the LPs sometimes, I guess.

Really enjoying the show today, Pseu! Anything that distracts me from the news is good right now and I really appreciate your great song choices.

The previous cut reminded me in its refrain of Spinal Tap's Hellhole.

@Earth, there are ups and downs about not having a TV. the up part is it helps keep your head cleared of crap. the down part is I feel like I'm out of the mainstream loop.

I haven't had a TV plugged in in years, starting back in the Bronx and continuing out here in Andover where there's no reception anyway. My roommate Bob recently got all excited when our neighbor asked if we wanted his big screen (heavy job with a backlight) since he was upgrading. I reluctantly accepted -- had almost as big a flat screen from Listener Steve who died -- but Bob didn't realize we had no input source. I've been casting about in the garage for my DVD player.

It’s not just TV but radio, print, online and everything… It’s all this pandering nonsense where “We at Reynolds Aluminum foil know these are trying times…” and such. Everything has a preface of Coronavirus nowadays.
