	4:36pm Dean: Good hot dogs, assuming there is such a thing, can be more or less peppery, more or less paprika-ish. My kids won't eat anything but the most bland dogs.

	♥ 4:46pm Funky16Corners: There's a stand down in Wildwood called Maui's Dog House that gets their dogs custom made, and they have a horseradish mustard that'll make your hair stand on end

	4:47pm Dean: One of the best hot mustards is from Philippe near downtown LA. https://www.philippes.com/store/hot-mustard-chile-peppers Still another is at Johnnie's Pastrami on Sepulveda Blvd. Pastrami snobs poo-poo Johnnie's, because they (gasp!) steam thin-sliced pastrami, add a slice of Swiss, and serve it on a French roll. It's heaven, especially topped with their very hot horseradish mustard. Many's the time I thought my sinuses would explode.

	4:47pm Dean: One of the best hot mustards is from Philippe near downtown LA. https://www.philippes.com/store/hot-mustard-chile-peppers Still another is at Johnnie's Pastrami on Sepulveda Blvd. Pastrami snobs poo-poo Johnnie's, because they (gasp!) steam thin-sliced pastrami, add a slice of Swiss, and serve it on a French roll. It's heaven, especially topped with their very hot horseradish mustard. Many's the time I thought my sinuses would explode.
