Major disappointment for me in life regarding Spam(TM) is that for most of my life I could not afford such a luxury and now that the children are grown and gone and I can afford the occasional indulgence it is forbidden due to medical considerations, but life is like that. Mixed signals and metaphors and references. Confusing.

btw, while I'm mentioning music-ish stuff on Prime, I should also say that I watched August at Akiko's which is a pretty cool flick set in Hawaii that stars Alex Zhang Hungtai (aka Dirty Beaches). He plays some great squalling sax in it, and in general the film is beautiful and interesting.
