(and my hearing is still in good shape) super easy to use, once you learn how. i still don't know how to use the majority of it's functions, as i've never thought i needed to use them. one thing it can do is record in 4-channel multitrack (all at once) i might learn to use that feature.

We're about 4 good rock tosses from the Chesapeake Bay, so there are a lot of birds around. We're also right next to a little community park on our cove, so it get pretty chatty in the backyard.

	4:39pm Funky16Corners: This is a side-long medley from Tami Lynn's 1972 album. An absolute work of art IMHO. Songs by Loretta Lynn, the Supremes, Betty Harris and the Patterson Singers.
	4:40pm coelacanth∅: Phillippe you could probably find the a/c adapter on ebay for not much. people throw those things out every minute. ...i might even have one!
	4:41pm Funky16Corners: There's a big market in adapters/cables for older hardware. I had to find a charger for an ancient MP3 player and found it on Amazon
	4:43pm coelacanth∅: i have a 1/2 dozen un-spoken-for adapters at home and my sister's got a drawer full of 'em. the biggest challenge will probably be finding the right shape input.
	4:43pm Phillippe Bastille: We used to have a pretty decent sized box of adapters without things to adapt to, but we tossed it when we downsized. The next owner will be on their own to find one.

	4:45pm Funky16Corners: The last time I re-did my computer/broadcast set up, I found an AC adapter on the floor and could not figure out what it had been plugged into. Maybe a USB hub? Maybe an old external hard drive? It remains a mystery.

	4:53pm Funky16Corners: @Erica - Yes, and the rest of the album is weirdly assembled, an old track from 1965, and some stuff by another producer.
	4:55pm Phillippe Bastille: @coelacanth my bride found an adapter kit a few years back that let you change the plug size and shape, but you still needed to match voltage. Of course, we lost that after the kids discovered it.

	4:59pm coelacanth∅: sounds like a handy device though, if you can change output and hz...i bought one many years ago to use with 2-3 different devices; but mainly for a very high-end "walkman" (sanyo stereo cassette recorder/player) it worked but sometimes buzzed a lot!
