April 23, 2019: ILAN ESHKERI Returns
British composer Ilan Eshkeri returns, this time in the studio to discuss discuss his latest score for "The White Crow," a biopic of Russian ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev, directed by Ralph Fiennes who also stars in the film with Oleg Ibvanko as Nureyev. This is Fiennes' third collaboration with Ilan who has nearly 75 film, documentary and television credits to his name, including scores for "Kick Ass," "Still Alice," "Alan Partridge," "Stardust," "Coriolanus," "Hannibal Rising" and David Attenborough documentaries, as well as collaborations with David Gilmour, Annie Lennox and Amon Tobin. Ilan got his start working with film composers Michael Kamen and Edward Shearmur.
