The only reason we aren't ruled by our cephalopod overlords, is b/c they survive to pass on their knowledge and lessons to their offspring, therefore, they can't begin a culture.

Octopuses can only fit through a space as small as their beak.

I recently moved to a town on the Puget Sound which has octopuses. I haven't had an octopus sighting in the wild yet but I will be super stoked when I do.

the only animal flesh i eat is from the sea but i wont eat octopus or squid. (though i have eaten squid a few times to be respectful, because it was a gift, and it would've been thrown out)

I have to admit I don't know much about Kalaallit Nunaat except archaeological records and the history of the their Inuit languages. I need to learn more.
