	10:55pm Jeff Ash: Dave Van Ronk used to play a dive bar in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, a couple of times a year when I was going to college there in the late '70s. I confess I had no idea who he was at the time.

	10:59pm Jeff Ash: I never saw him, either. It seemed like a place, and a gig, I just wasn't cool enough to be part of it.

	11:01pm Doctorjazz: I saw Van Ronkonkoma in some Village dive years back, though I don't think I knew much more about him than he was somehow connected to Dylan.
