The lead was superbly delivered by the late Henry (need Ronald) Eleby, backed by Moses (nee Thomas) Eleby, Thomas Matthews, Archie and Clifford (last names not known). As you correctly stated, they didn’t record another song, although they were at least as good as the more well known Philadelphia groups and more polished than most. Sadly, through bad management, it all fell apart not long after the release of the song. Ronald was briefly recruited by Motown to replace the late great Eddie Kendricks before they finally went with Damon Harris (again management). I am proud to say that I am the youngest brother of Ronnie and Tommy Eleby."
