It was not having a dancer mimicking the part; for instance, when the sax part was most melodic, all dancers tended to do the same thing. It was more about the musical structure than individual parts

From what I've seen firsthand, women are not paid less because "there's only so much to go around" but because "we can get away with it". From what I've seen firsthand, women are not paid less because "there's only so much to go around" but because "we can get away with it".
