Hello Jeff & jazzists. Why the negative vibes, man. The good folks of this country (well 52% of the voters) have decided to ostracize themselves from the rest of Europe on economic grounds; nothing to do with bluddy foreigners. We are all strangers in a strange land, when we ever learn.

Good morning Jeff, et al, from a chilly(but not as frigid as NYC), sleepy Oakland, 'CA, and Happy New Year to all! Although tuning in just as "Overture Towards The Beginning Of The End Of Time" starts to blare from the speakers, I do, reservedly, have an optimistic view towards '18. I pray it proves well for all listening, and for our little piece of the world. At least we have the music, and I thank all at 'FMU for their continued support of it.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:31am

Brian in UK, That looks like fun. I have two architectural histories wedded to my shelves, but wholly unread. One is the 18th ed. of Banister Fletcher's history, the other Kruft's monumental survey from 1994. It's monumental because it's 700 pages of v-e-r-y t-i-n-y print.
