Jeff, if you ever do move to LA you're going to have to stop using the term Cali.

Jeff, thanks for turning me on to the wonderful world of the Dead '73, which I didn't know much about, probably because I was only 14 and too young to go to Dead shows yet, and if I remember correctly, they didn't release any commercial albums in '73, did they?

I live in LA but I'm from Boston. It's pretty lame now, but a lot of great music has come out of that town over the years. Used to be far more liveable. Now it's just bland and expensive.

Yup. Boston has been going down the drain in this particular fashion for years though. Oppressive development in tight spaces. NY too.

Yikes, rw. The combination of two of the most despised (and loved) bands of our generation. I'd jump out the window if I had to listen to that shit.

Goddamn, I love Robbie Basho. I admit I never heard of him til a couple years ago. Thank you Jeff and WFMU for educating my ignorant ass.

Good morning Jeff, finally tuning in again during the show. Enjoyed very much your Richard Thompson's Small Town Romance run during the he last couple of shows. (Recommend "Strict Tempo", which is totally different & would go nicely with Grossmann / Renbourn right now). Thanks for the shows.
