	1:32am Jeff Conklin: I've spent maybe a month total in Los Angeles. It's appeal to me is the closeness of the ocean and the mountains. As a "city", well, it seems to have what one requires of such a construct.

	2:16am zenkoan: I'm a very nocturnal person myself (obviously, since I listen to this show every week!), but I try to adjust my schedule a little when the days get shorter so I can get more sunlight, which supports my mood. Also use one of those 10,000 lux lamps in my house to compensate for less sun exposure.
