One of the best Ethiopian restaurants I've been to was in South Orange, NJ. I was there for work, and had an hour to kill before the next train came to take me back to the city. Two blocks from the train station, was the best Ethiopian restaurant I had the pleasure of eating at outside of Adams Morgan, DC.

I think it was called Meskerem. It's where I went when Addis came calling. It's not Adams Morgan good, but still plenty good.

this psyches me up. i'm a few electrical connections away from being able to listen to my (non-computer file) music collection again. if i stay up late i can listen to my Aster Aweke tapes tonight!

there are dj premiums and albums i won last marathon that i've never even listened to, because of technical difficulties.

...yeah, my volume control on my receiver would suddenly turn itself up - all the way! so i jammed a hunk of wood in there at 1/2 way up and only listen to sources that have their own output control. i still cannot afford to have it fixed, but i suddenly realized i could use my emergency back up amp if i ran the speaker wires through junction box, which i already owned. i just had to buy some rca connectors - which i just got in the mail. (so i have 2 amplifiers, hooked up to different components)
