	11:33am Jeff Golick: Simon Reynolds has an interesting book on the recycling of sounds in pop music - RETROMANIA. Sort of about how nostalgia can kill the impulse to create new/original work. But better than I'm describing here. I didn't fully buy his argument, but it's hard to fault his examples.

	11:37am Dean: Bought my copy of News from the 70s c.1999 at DMG. Still sealed. That's what I call anti-nostalgia.
