i really don't. for weeks i have been having issues where video or audio stutters or gets distorted when my laptop seems like it is processing too much data. i tried everything...multiple virus scans from Norton or Eset showed nothing, did Norton and malwarebytes scans that also showed zip. downloaded some tools to show my processes and latency that led me to think a corrupted driver was a problem, went through my drivers and upgraded everything i could think of, but the problem persisted.

today there was a big windows 10 update. after the update, everything runs totally fine. since i've never had a windows update do anything much but brick my system, this kind of creeps me out. but it seems to have fixed it all. i can surf the web and listen to the show without having weird distortion issues! i really don't know what was up.
