Victo '99? One of a series of 25 or so shows by various acts, as is the custom at Victo. What can I say? I recall enjoying it quite a bit. Compare a later appearance by Kim Gordon with, among others, Jim O'Rourke. It was a Victo outlier, as Kurt G. will attest.
