Eno eventually went with "generative music" which is a better descriptor for what he was aiming for - beats going in and out of phase in potentially infinite combinations. Also resonates with "generative syntax" which is kinda sorta the same idea from a parallel universe

Eno eventually went with "generative music" which is a better descriptor for what he was aiming for - beats going in and out of phase in potentially infinite combinations.
