May 1, 2016: Live music from BIG WHITE!
Formed in Sydney in January of 2013, Big White are a twangy guitar pop five-piece band who play their own brand of infectious Australiana. Their jangly sound fuses together the ’80s sensibility of the likes of The Cure with the slight transatlantic flavoring of The Velvets. Their debut album, “Teenage Dreams,” is out now on Burger Records, and they have been touring across the USA throughout March and April. Hear them live on my show at 1 am!
