@Assi: that happens to me too, but once the pledge is through, you get to a page that gives the pledge number and the show it's credited to. If the show isn't mentioned there, then there's a problem. But what you describe is normal.

Ditto that on the auto-fill billing/shipping info when you're logged in. Although, the year before last, it sent my swag to my old address and a bunch of hoops had to be jumped through before I got my stuff. I assume that that might be part of the reason the database doesn't autofill now.
