Good to see that FMU weathered the storm.

Not to get out of hand with recommendations, but a friend of mine owns a label about to release this CD: https://soundcloud.com/invisible-birds/keith-berry-elixir-excerpt ...and... invisiblebirds.org/catalogue/ib010.html. Seems like material suitable for this program.
Avatar 3:13pm
Chris from DC:

I heard an excerpt from the Keith Berry the other day, very nice.
Avatar 3:14pm
V Priceless:

@ Fabio: just listened to 'Blackstar' (the song) backwards - stumbled upon it on the yootube - pretty uncanny...musically, in parts, it almost sounds very similar to the forward version...weird!

Ken From Hyde Park:

@Eddie / @MacGuffin - Failure to see the playlist right away is normal. The tracks should start appearing soon. Certainly within the first hour. You might try refreshing the browser, too.
Avatar 3:16pm
Wild Neil:

Wouldn't it be cool if we had a way to know what's playing?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:17pm

Jeez people - relax for a second and let him get caught up
Avatar 👻 Swag For Life Member 3:17pm

sure, but then it wouldn't be Fabio's show, and that would suck, Neil

Hi all. Got the playlist open ready to start listening in about 20 minutes. Failure currently clashing with a new Resonance Extra show in the UK from Mr Chocolate Monk Dylan Nyoukis. Probably going to take turns to listen live to one or the other, and download the one I miss (or partially miss) to listen while I'm running. Both great listening.

Brainiac:

You know that existential dread that threatens to envelope you when you stand too long in the shower reflecting on all the things you might have said to your step-father 25 years ago when he told you you were a lazy bum and all you could come up with is "You're not my real dad"? Then you are forced to consider all the alternate scenarios that might have become reality if you'd only taken that job in New Mexico and moved out before the horrible incident that froze the future into the stifling quagmire that is your life...
This song reminds me of that. Before the percussion started.

If I was a WFMU dj for a day, my whole shift would consist only of surface noise.

Now somebody point me to the show where a dj already did that (most recently).
