I was 21 before I learned to enjoy the Beach Boys (of course, this was in the late 90s), then I found some 'polaroid-esque' photos of the Beach Boys in an LP, and my now wife put them in frames and put them on the wall.

It wasn't the Mix-Up, but that instrumental album they put out around '96 "The In Sound from Way Out" that I appreciated the Beastie Boys, and had to work my way backwards.
