Next week September 27th is a full eclipse of the moon. For all of you who practice the old religions, better get to the wiccan store on Monday before they're sold out of all the fresh virgins.

When you have a harvest moon, you need Laurel and Hardy to sing and dance about it: youtu.be...

JakeGould:

@steve: So you checked out the Art Book Fair? Pretty cool stuff. Went on Friday and enjoyed it. But then tried to go again yesterday and—no disrespect—the heat and smell of humanity of the place was too much. Just too much. Liked Terrence Koh’s little bee-centric exhibit.
  9:24pm
steve:

Jake I actually went to the unrelated Generations Unlimited event at the ps1 print shop next door. don't think I can afford to get into art books on top of my existing addiction to regular books.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:25pm
Faye:

thanks for tuning in everybody!
  9:29pm
Cooh John:

Thanks for the Sunday evening soundtrack Faye. See everybody next week. Getting my boarding pass ready for the plane.
  9:29pm
JakeGould:

@steve: Ahhh, okay… The thing is admission to the Art Book Fair fair is free and there are freebies and just cool folks. Day-job requires me to casually schmooze, so no need to buy. Just a cool thing to do. But the Generations Unlimited stuff sounds cool as well. So hey.
  9:33pm
JakeGould:

@Faye: Tuning in is worth it. Thanks for the show! And FWIW, been there as far as 50+ hour work weeks go. Rest works…
  9:36pm
steve:

ahh if I'd known it was free I woulda at least went in and looked around. oh well.
  9:38pm
JakeGould:

@steve: Well, hey… Art world is weird like that… Cool free things you sometimes miss by a day because… Just weird that way… Her’s a pic of a nice dog I saw sleeping at the fair. instagram.com...

steve:

thats a nice dog... greyhound puppy?
  9:46pm
JakeGould:

@steve: Maybe? Dunno. Didn’t ask. Seen too many mutts to get into breeds. But as far as music at the fair goes, The Thing Quarterly had this cool limited edition cassette from “No Age.” instagram.com...
