It was pretty cool. I've still never been able to find the twangy Tele version of that that lives in my brain.

The other week I boiled a few carcasses down, I have a mess of stock in the freezer. I may try to find a backing track for Sukiyaki and play it on the RTH (Redneck Table Harp). Cool melody

	2:45pm Lane Steelpicker: It's not smoked. Just plain pork steak from Herman. I have another three or four carcasses. First Monday in February, those go in the pot for more stock. When we do a roast chicken or similar, the carcasses go in a ziploc bag for winter stockmaking

It was pretty cool. I've still never been able to find the twangy Tele version of that that lives in my brain.
