Megaforce was huge for us as kids as Anthrax was the Big 4 band I was attached to. They were east coast talked more about comics and horror movies. Knew stuff about NY and NJ. We actually knew people they knew and since we were so into crossover stuff we had that bond too.

A lot of metal from this era reminds me of the metal show that was on Canadian MTV equivalent Much Music.
I can't remember what the show was called but it played much more extreme metal than MTV would even on Headbanger's Ball. They also played punk and hardcore videos from time to time.
