Good afternoon Keili!
I had a bug report last week at work about an app that stopped working halfway through that Duck Sauce track. I'm sure it would have worked if the voice had said "DJ Keili" instead of "Barbra Streisand". I mean, that's wrong and would stop me in my tracks too, and I coded the damn thing

I'm nearly here, but mostly working my backside off in Edinburgh

Fred, you do app development?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:16pm

@JakeGould: back-end sound processing stuff only, and I'm only an optimizer. I think that app's called Replay, I just work on the beat-tracking part

@Fred: The Question was created by Steve Ditko [one of the co-creators of Spider-Man] for a company called Charlston Comics. When Charlston went under in the 80s DC Comics acquired the character. Despite numerous attempts DC hasn't had much success with the character. There have been numerous mini series and one-shots. The Question makes guest appearances and has sometimes had a back-up feature in Detective Comics.

Hello Keili and all the listeners.

But enough about my interets. This is Keili's show, so let's talk about X-Men, a topic I know nothing about except how to properly style "X-Men" in type.

I like this show more than comics or mediocre cash-in bands. YES!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:15pm
Gaylord Fields:

@Keili: And you loooooove X-Men, so I'm quite flattered.
  5:16pm
Phillip in Brooklyn:

@gaylord fields if you want to educate yourself about x men look no further than YouTube! There are plenty of user uploads of the 1990's show and even the newer show to watch.

fred:

@BGZ: Maybe I could blame my new glasses, but I read it first as "Defective Comics". Then I wondered why even DC would call it that, went back and read it right

New tv series Gotham, look amazing
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:21pm

@Phillip in Brooklyn: It's very kind of you to point me there, but as it stands it's too easy for me to fall into the YouTube Hole chasing after things I already have a fascination with.

Rock en español. Buenisimo.

@Gaylord Fields As You Wish sir:-) I myself if I may be honest am terribly addicted to YouTube I watch it more than live tv
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:29pm

There's always an entry point for everyone, I admit. Perhaps I can start with Wings' "Magneto and Titanium Man" and work my way from there.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:41pm
Ken From Hyde Park:

Sounds like more fun than long walks to the bathroom.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:41pm
Gaylord Fields:

The reason for Keili's shift this week is that she finally sorted out that those long walks on the beach should be parallel to the shoreline instead of perpendicular.

There's also something called "rat race". I've heard it's pretty bad, but Andy Breckman was involved in it. I wouldn't recommend watching it, but pretending you did could be a good move. Or a bad one. Depending on your bet on Andy's self-awareness

@ Guido: I'd def be into joining you but I'd be starting from too many thousands of kilometers away
