Every show starts with the ’70s! We’ll rediscover forgotten rockers, revisit unfairly maligned disco beats and replay power-pop favorites. Next: plenty of new releases, occasional live bands and more. Don’t let the nickname confuse you.

@Evan: Great work during the marathon. Loved the Eddie & the Hot Rods cover, too.
Simple Minds were quite popular down here in that period (Love Song was even a chart hit), and earlier songs like I Travel and Celebrate were even better.
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:
- loves the Groovies; need to go to Archive for them on TerreT's...

Let's set up a virtual show. Limbo sticks & fried chicken not optional, pointy boots huge bonus.

Chris Stamey amazing. Talk about icon/idol, been following since early 80s, well before I moved to NC. Does not get enough credit.
If anyone owns "The Robust Beauty of Improper Linear Models in Decision Making" I will pay for a mp3 copy, my cd skips & it's impossible to find online. Fair warning -anyone who doesn't own it would likely hate it.

@Whooda - One of my client/friends recently passed at a happy & mostly healthy age 97, her very favorite treat = Little Debbie Oatmeal cakes (pies?)
I grew up as a Yankee Hostess chick so never got the appeal, but respect ;-)
