	10:22am Cecile: It was - wasn't much more than spices, hot peppers and a big can of chopped tomatoes. You let it sit, and then cook and flake the fish at the end. My husband, who is indifferent/hostile to fish, loved it.

	10:28am tim from champaign: Lately, I've been making sauteed green beans with tons of garlic and other veggies with stir fried tofu marinated with sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. I also put the marinade on the veggies at the end of the saute.

	10:22am Cecile: It was - wasn't much more than spices, hot peppers and a big can of chopped tomatoes. You let it sit, and then cook and flake the fish at the end. My husband, who is indifferent/hostile to fish, loved it.

	10:28am tim from champaign: Lately, I've been making sauteed green beans with tons of garlic and other veggies with stir fried tofu marinated with sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. I also put the marinade on the veggies at the end of the saute.
