Avatar 6:27am fxo:

Avatar 6:37am fxo:

Avatar 6:43am fred von helsing:

Avatar 6:45am fxo:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:47am Konin:

Morning, people. It's all in the head...It's freaking HOT!
  6:50am P-90:

Natalie Maines: great voice. Current forecast says 80% chance of precip, but temps are above freezing so it will be rain or a slushy mix.
Avatar 6:51am fxo:

Konin, you're where, again?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:57am Konin:

Brussels...Belgium...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:58am Konin:

and we've snow too currently...freezing temperatures for whole the week predicted...but the head is currently in the Bahamas...
Avatar 6:58am fred von helsing:

if I could monetize slush I'd be a gazillionnaire
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:58am Ken From Hyde Park:

I notice that the robot W-F-M-U voice sends different letters to the left & right channels. I read somewhere that stereo is becoming passe. How do they figure that?
Avatar 6:59am fxo:

Ken: you're asking me? I'm more ignorant than you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:23am Ken From Hyde Park:

Yeah, now I wish I could find where I read that. I can imagine that if you're listening to the speaker from your smartphone, you might hear it in mono, but plenty of people listen with ear buds.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:33am I X Key!:

i lie down ciao
Avatar 7:34am fxo:

ciao.
Avatar 7:39am fred von helsing:

Just reading up on portable speakers. Seems there's some nice ones.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:41am maestroso:

Wow, nice Cale tune.
Avatar 7:42am fxo:

morning, 'stroso.
Avatar 7:43am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Steroe passé - ? Replaced by 5.1 - ? What - ?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:46am maestroso:

Morning Frank! No snow yet.
Avatar 7:46am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

I find iPod docks funny - good for charging, but why wouldn't I plug it into my stereo amp w/ big speakers - ? - & why have stereo if spkrs are three inches apart?
Avatar 7:48am fxo:

that's what HE said.
Avatar 7:52am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...but whole thing of Digital Sound is:
- They spent whole 20th Century making Sound richer & Bigger & Bigger
- than w/ digital making it Smaller & Smaller so it could Compress into storage & be transmissable over 'net.
...hopefully now Storage & Bandwidth develop (...where you think you are boy - South Korea you should have good Internet - ?!?!...) it will go back to improved sound! For instance - I like to rip to MP4 or Lossless instead of MP3 - which is supopsedly no worse than CD
- but I wish improving Sampling rate (rate soundwave turned into #'s) would get trendy. Seems to me they could market it that way...
Avatar 7:54am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

She's my Plastic Fantastic Lover, Frank. Nothin' but a used machine...
Avatar 7:56am duke:

The opening to Green Eyed Ladies has got to be one of the best openings in all of pop music.
Avatar 7:57am fxo:

thanks for your p.o.v., Rev Rabbit.
Avatar 7:58am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

I'm the Bunny - who got Flowers? : P

...You sure earn Spring in North New England here...got more Light - where's the Warm & Green stuff? I just dreamt of Santa Barbara where I used to live - maybe not a delightful narrative, but there was sure green & warm alright...
Avatar 8:00am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Green Eyes Rule ; )
Avatar 8:03am fxo:

Revolution: Nov63? JFK reference?
Avatar 8:04am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

So much Pop/Rock is plodding 4/4 - just breaking that up w/ syncopation 'n'/or any kinda stuff makes you stand out - altho' many Producers & music people note that if you nail a fetching Rhythm, yer in like Flynn...
  8:06am Jack:

I think "Nov63" is a reference to RAW and the Illuminati. Right?
Avatar 8:06am fxo:

well said Rabbit.
Avatar 8:07am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Birthday reference - Nov. 3rd. I was in Camelot for - what - 20 days then? I was born less than 24 hours before Lennon told Queen to Rattle Her Jewelry...
...Yes though - constrast of Rabbit ('63's Chinese Year) w/ Revolution - a 'Ninja Turtle' sort of Paradox I'm acknowledging...Clear as mud - ??
Avatar 8:08am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Elaborate Jack!
Avatar 8:10am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

JFK, Aldous Huxley & C.S. Lewis all died that same day! &! - 'With the Beatles' was released, & Dr. Who debuted first thing on BBC after JFK covereage...
  8:12am Jack:

The Illuminati books by Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea. The Dealy Lama lives under Dealy Plaza. Who shot JFK? ..(oh 5 oclock world one of my faves!)...the ultimate quantum conspiracy and then the Schrodinger Cat books.
Avatar 8:14am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Well - that's what I was born into. Also say wasn't coming out 'til Beatles arrived.
Avatar 8:14am fxo:

I forgot the C.S. Lewis reference. Aldous took a shot of LSD, on the way out. and, who's this JFK? The name of an airport?

Jack: on the money.
Avatar 8:15am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...What was that Jack Ruby thang all about - tell me that.
Avatar 8:20am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Very dapper kitty, Duke. I love the black ones.
Avatar 8:23am Cheri Pi:

Avatar 8:27am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Avatar 8:27am fxo:

Sigurdur: the world is waiting...
Avatar 8:28am Sigurdur:

Avatar 8:29am Cheri Pi:

Avatar 8:29am Cheri Pi:

Hello Sigurdur!
  8:29am 3d-nyc:

Avatar 8:32am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Well - it is Morning 3d.
  8:34am 3d-nyc:

....and a great way to start the week! :-)
Avatar 8:39am fxo:

3d-NYC: we can put the archive up, in a few hours. Glad to be of service, you guys.
Avatar 8:45am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Okay - on subject of when I was born & all...
- They made a Peace Sign of the Garbage @ end of Woodstock
...whether you see the Garbage or the Sign depends on how much of the Party you participated in - ??
- I Say I was born sometime bewtween the Flowers that bloomed crazy the day after Hiroshima & that Garbage Peace Sign @ Woodstock...
- In my old age I've flipped completely from Psychedelics to Alchohol : I don't wanna Open my Mind anymore than it is when Job & the News are more than I can handle already - I just wanna come home watch news take clothes off & have a drink & - basically be Homer Simpson...
Avatar 8:50am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

..all that stuff Aldous Huxley wrote about...
Avatar 8:50am fxo:

now THAT is your perspective, dig?
Remember this archive will be available for the next month, 24/7. Thanks for the cool comments. I'll have a new webcast, next Monday. Philosophy 101.
Avatar 8:52am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Archives stay up a month?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:54am Konin:

Avatar 8:54am fxo:
