	12:22pm Rob W: Cecile - there might be a store called Hokkaido in Chicago but actually Hokkaido is the northern island of Japan! The food fair is interesting because they will have dishes and treats not typically found in Japanese restaurants in North America. Mistuwa is actually the name of a Japanese oversea store chain - and they have a big one in Chicago, and their stores usually have a big supermarket with lots of esoteric Japanese food items and yes, utensils, so that could be what they're talking about!
