I made the most ridiculously delicious "ice cream" sandwiches from an AOL recipe. It's egg whites, whipped cream, get ready for it, Lime jell-o mixed and piped onto graham crackers. Freeze overnight, and mmmmmm. I think I may lace it with a little bit of powdered lemonade or maybe amchoor powder for some more sourness.
