  9:00am Bad Ronald:

Morning!
  9:01am Chewbacca:

Han here?
  9:04am Ne-guh-tor:

President!
  9:05am AnAnonymousParty:

sumimasen.
  9:05am Igor:

Does Dokaka do Bar Mitzvahs?
  9:06am still b/p:

Yuri's got squeezebox....wears on chest.
  9:07am John from Oslo:

morning
  9:08am Ken:

Greetings all!
  9:08am catfishrivers:

what a great show today! loving song after song after song
  9:08am Dan B From Upstate:

Dokaka and Aguayo back to back. It's gonna' be a good day, today. I can already tell!
  9:09am Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf:

Morning Ken:) or should I say goodnight here in Syria
  9:12am Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf:

The people here in Syria are so generous with their money after I tell them about our victory mosque in the home of the great Satan America
  9:13am pierre:

greetings from Paris
  9:14am Cecile:

Ken, I love you.

And yay, fall is on its way. I feel like a new person.
  9:16am Ken:

Shut the fuck up, Imam Feisal
  9:17am Ne-guh-tor:

Abdul: Tell all your friends in Syria it's "Big Daddy Great Satan America"! Ken, I'm feelin' Neil Sedaka this morning.
  9:17am Cecile:

Ken, I love you even more.
  9:18am bw:

where did the tigers go????
  9:18am Goat Busters:

I ain't 'fraid no goats.
  9:19am Mark Knopfler:

@ bw: I wonder where the lions went, too.
  9:20am John from Oslo:

Satan Sedaka Dokaka - there is a pattern here...
  9:20am Cecile:

bw, are you benjamen walker?
  9:21am Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf:

I met with my old friend Osama and he made quite a donation $50 mil! Were thinking of naming the mosque the Osama Bin Laden Re education center
  9:21am bw:

hi cecile! yes
  9:21am Cecile:

I am dying to ask you some questions about the show on luck they re-ran on Monday.
  9:22am Cecile:

Did you ever sort things out with the author? Did you ever see that girl again? Is the famous photographer nicer to you on the street?
  9:22am Bad Ronald:

Iman-IP-ectomy?
  9:23am Dan B From Upstate:

Loved that episode, Cecile. That's the first TMI I listened to.
  9:23am A listener:

I know this is mainly a joking space but I hope all you listeners outside of NY understand that most sensible people in the NYC area have no objection to the mosque. Painting the liberal-minded folks who want to establish the mosque as the equivalent of the 9-11 bombers reminds me of that Simpsons episode where Homer demonizes the ultra-lenient Dean...
  9:23am bw:

ken - More tiger! cecile! - all is ok! everyone going to UCB tonight?
  9:24am Cecile:

Oh, I'm glad to hear that, bw. I was quite concerned. That was a terrible couple of days!
  9:28am Ne-guh-tor:

Abdul: Tell all your friends in Syria it's "Great Big Daddy Hairy Bear Great Satan America"! Ken, I'm feelin' Neil Sedaka this morning.
  9:29am Cecile:

Ken, tell me there is a totally slamming Oxia track on the Kompakt collection.

Oh, I love that label.
  9:29am Potsy:

this show validates my being stoned this early in the day
  9:32am Sam:

What about when Barney took Homer's car and parked it right between the Twin Towers? How come nobody protested that, it's far more offensive!
  9:35am seang:

Can't wait for the Record Fair!
  9:36am Ne-guh-tor:

All the gay radical Muslims in Syria stand up and be counted! Where are ya?
  9:36am still b/p:

This sounds like a step-sibling of Deep Purple's Burn.
  9:39am Mark:

yes any word on dates for the record fair?
  9:39am Bad Ronald:

Alice!!!
  9:41am Cecile:

Alice back then was damn funny.
  9:42am bw:

anyone ever see that Thai horror movie "colic" ? "When he cries, someone will die.." oh Alice!!!
  9:42am Ken:

Record Fair is October 22, 23 & 24!
  9:43am Ken:

I was raised on Alice Cooper. First real rock and roll I was exposed to.
  9:43am Steven Gugel:

How do you keep a baby from going around in circles?

Nail its other hand to the floor.
  9:43am bebe rebozo:

The only good bay is a dead baby.
  9:44am Goyim in the AM:

Just don't mention golf.
  9:44am Ken:

I'm very pleased that we have changed subject from the mosque to dead baby jokes.
  9:44am Bad Ronald:

Alice's LPs had the best packaging!
  9:44am Steven Gugel:

How many dead babies does it take to paint a house?

Depends on how hard you throw them.
  9:45am Bad Ronald:

I still have the paper panties and the Muscle of Love book cover!
  9:46am Mark:

looking forward to the record fair
  9:47am Vicki:

yes, they're not going to respond with a joke back, are they!
  9:47am still b/p:

By the time I saw Alice live in late 70s, it wasn't just hangin' and such, it was a silly overblown circus of costume department boil-overs, production numbers & stage business.
But Dead Babies reminds me of being in the back of a van for smoky summer wanderin'.
  9:47am Grover:

There's a whole dead baby in every bar of Baby Ruth.
  9:48am Ne-guh-tor:

I just can't stop thinking about all those Syrian muslim hairy bears Ken. There must be thousands there... Sedaka.
  9:50am dc pat:

so, in WW II they started shooting lower? Bastards...
  9:50am Dan B From Upstate:

Baby jokes aren't funny. I had a friend who died from adult onset SIDS.
  9:51am Cecile:

it's an adult, so I can laugh.
  9:52am Bad Ronald:

Yeah, pedophilia isn't as funny as it used to be since I growned up!
  9:53am Goyim in the AM:

Is it too soon to make jokes about the singer from Ou Est Le Swimming Pool?
  9:53am MD:

Good morn. loved ones! Ken...fine mixoligy this
fine "soft" morning...
  9:53am pierre:

CRASH its just good in my ears !
  9:54am MD:

sp...mixollogy...sry
  9:55am pierre:

just a quick question, is it possible to purchase records at the record fair from another country (you with internent and such… i mean 21st century style)
  9:55am Ken:

Which one was Ou Est Le Swimming Pool - the singer died? @Wasnt there another stage diving death this week also? A fan committed suicide and landed right next to the band? How am I supposed to keep all the stage diving deaths straight?
  9:56am bw:

pool diving and stage diving are two different kinds of art ken
  9:56am Ken:

Pierre - No, alas, it is not. You have to be there.
  9:57am Vicki:

the record stall holders are often independant retailers, Pierre, and so they run their own businesses separate to WFMU. The nearest you can do is look on those retailers websites. If you want WFMU stuff from their stall there is a page on this website to buy WFMU swag
  9:58am Goyim in the AM:

Singer stage dived onto audient and hurt her, felt guilty, dived onto parking lot after gig-- perhaps he thought the swimming pool might be there.
  9:58am Vivian:

Ken, you are right. Someone jumped off the roof of the Swell Season show and landed near the lead singer. What is the world coming to?
  10:00am weather girls:

It was raining men?!
  10:00am pierre:

thanks for those answers,
you are the best.
unfortunately France > USA, is not easy/cheap.
  10:01am paul:

lol @ "thank you based god". lil b!!!!
  10:05am MD:

WHAT KIND OF BUGS DO BED BUGS GET...HUMANS!!!!
  10:06am Murder4$$£:

Dogs know where the bugs are!!
  10:07am trs:

What about the sewer alligator found in Queens?
  10:07am MD:

KEN I WOULD STOP NOW...THE FBI WILL BE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR SOON...
  10:11am still b/p:

Anybody see Isabella Rossellini as a bedbug, in a bedbug informational -- and turbo trippy -- clip excerpted on The Daily Show? From her series (!) on animal seduction.Cah-raaaaazy. Check it.
  10:11am Murder4$AL£:

Carry on Ken!
  10:11am Ne-guh-tor:

Ken, where da party at? Right there under your shoes. Ken, ground zero. Time to get wild and loose.
  10:11am Ken:

MD, I hope the FBI DOES come knocking, they might buy a TON of my floor tiles.
  10:12am MD:

Isabella Rossellini...AS A BED BUG!!! iI Myself would welcome that infestation!!!
  10:13am still b/p:

Itchabelly Rashallini...
  10:14am Murder4ALE:

why do you call the ground Zero? Is there no ground left? I haven't been out there for a while..?
  10:16am FBI:

How much per tile?
  10:17am Ken:

Hallowed or non-Hallowed?
  10:18am Opportunity:

I'LL do the all knocking, the rest of y'all just back off.
  10:19am DEA:

Anyone here speak Ebonics? We're hiring...
  10:20am Buckwheat:

Oh tay!
  10:21am Lizardner Dave:

I would like a piece of hallowed ground with my Ken and SSD marathon premiums please.
  10:24am Cecile:

Oh, I love that gif from Toy Story. It's marvelous.
  10:26am Ken:

Oh, is THAT where it's from?! I just liked Ken's jacket and scarf.
  10:28am -max-:

Reporting from the building next to the former WTC site. The hole is still there, and they are blasting every day, making it deeper. Place is lousy with foreign tourists blocking the sidewalks while taking pictures of construction fences. Most NYers avoid this area like the plague. Wish I could as well.
  10:28am Cecile:

he has many other superb outfits. His well-stocked closet is a running joike in the film.
  10:28am Bill:

Excuse me, DEA, I speak jive.
  10:30am Barbara Billingsly:

Yo B, wassup dog?
  10:31am Ne-guh-tor:

Dead Babies to Shoop! WFMU rulz!
  10:35am Dan B From Upstate:

  10:41am Peter K.:

P.S.: Pomplamoose is a "they" (Nataly Dawn and Jack Conte), not a "she." They have a ton of great songs/videos on YouTube.
  10:43am tj:

  10:45am Carmichael:

Greetings, fellow peoples of the Intertubes. I [heart] Wednesdays.
  10:46am Bad Ronald:

I was hoping you'd post the monkey/goat gif, thanks Ken!
  10:48am dc pat:

I sure am glad that monkey is wearing a crash helmet.
  10:48am Listener Dave from NH:

Hold on. So there's a monkey in a suit. And that monkey in a suit is riding a horse, only the horse is a goat?
That GIF is a pre-release leak from Inception 2, right?
  10:49am Ne-guh-tor:
