There's always some fat fuck who falls asleep on their air pressure thingy & they get really loud.

There also loads of ppl so relaxed from the morphine that they are snoring even tho they're awake (they are usually well overweight too)

Yes, a perpetual mystery among their small base of fans...it was a double album mostly of previously unreleased material, making it like a "box set", but there was also some original material, like "Kashmir". So it's got to be considered an original LZ album.

My "probable" theory is that it originated as a live performance song, where they forgot to add "Physical Graffiti", and so kept it that way from then on. Irwin performed it live at a H&M, and made the sensible decision to also perform it without the "Physical Graffiti".

I love Cream & I love GingerBaker. I understand the criticism that he always sounds like GingerBaker being GingerBaker all the time. Like Singers - you like that Voice or you don't. But his understanding of PolyRythms & Jazz particulars is another class from nearly every other Rawk Drummer. & he influenced the Power Drumming of most all HardRawk. He said if Cream was credited as a Father of Heavy Metal - he wanted to see a DNA test. He might not of liked the result... But then he did Jazz things like with Frisell & Charlie Haden that prove his bona fides there...
