So it's got to be considered an original LZ album. My "probable" theory is that it originated as a live performance song, where they forgot to add "Physical Graffiti", and so kept it that way from then on. Irwin performed it live at a H&M, and made the sensible decision to also perform it without the "Physical Graffiti".

He said if Cream was credited as a Father of Heavy Metal - he wanted to see a DNA test. He might not of liked the result... But then he did Jazz things like with Frisell & Charlie Haden that prove his bona fides there...

My "probable" theory is that it originated as a live performance song, where they forgot to add "Physical Graffiti", and so kept it that way from then on. Irwin performed it live at a H&M, and made the sensible decision to also perform it without the "Physical Graffiti".

He said if Cream was credited as a Father of Heavy Metal - he wanted to see a DNA test. He might not of liked the result... But then he did Jazz things like with Frisell & Charlie Haden that prove his bona fides there...
