My last New Year's Resolution was 2022, when I resolved to quit smoking that year.

I quit smoking in January of 2023 (just a little bit past deadline lol), and I'm still riding off of that success. Giving myself a break from resolutions for a few more years.

The unseen sugar they put in the cigarettes caused many to stay addicted. Plus, it's not a regulated dose. One can get alot or a little nicotine but the size of the cig visually stays the same.
