Bon soir, Meghan et tout le monde. I watched the opening ceremony yesterday with WFMU as accompaniment except for when the opera singer and Gojira were rocking. The commentators explanations were taking all the joy out of it.

My all time me fave french band...was Metal Urbain. I still have their original 45. They reunited & did a small N.American tour about a decade ago.
They would be on the "least likely" list to be invited to perform by the IOC...
They were so ahead of their time...on many levels.
