Favoriting Hinky Dinky Time with Uncle Michael: Playlist from April 19, 2024 Favoriting

Uncle Michael's avatar View Uncle Michael's profile Favoriting

Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

Chorus]

[Verse 1]
Fool me once, shame on you
Fool me twice, shame on glue
Good god, I pulled too hard
Now my scrotum's stretched out like a fuckin' yard
Oh god

[Chorus]
I glued my balls to my butthole, baby
Oh my god, what did I do?
I can't take a dump
'Cause now my balls are blockin' up my butthole

[Verse 2]
My lady doesn't want a life
Of watchin' her man use a butter knife
Face down, ass up, to try and saw off his sack
Oh, baby, fuckin' please, just take me back

[Chorus]
I glued my balls to my butthole, baby
Oh my god, what did I do?
I can't take a dump
'Cause now my balls are blockin' up my butthole

Hatters are mad because they used mercury vapor for blocking hats.

Always the question of had Lewis Carroll actually taken mind-altering substances - or just loved to write about them...

I found a 45 at The Amoeba Records in Berkely - All My Life I Love You b/w music he had been contracted to do for The X-Files, that was never used because it was to unsettling.

Man, he worked at it.

↳ Song: "Surf Board" by "Benny Carter Orchestra"
This track is killer-was getting my hearing checked (and getting a rediculously expensive hearing aid) during the show, doing catch-up).
It's a big band, many artists, but the tenor sax is Ben Webster (who's featured, and absolutely ON FIRE); Benny Carter is on trumpet (he mostly plays alto sax, but was a fine trumpeter as well early on).
