Did you ever get your future fifties questions answered Kittimu? After you left the chatroom that one time Don was eventually on mic and said you or anyone was welcome to message him about it.
Er, maybe that wasn't last week. but 2 weeks ago. My sense of time is off some days.

↳ Song: "What Do You Do With My Sweetheart?" by "Grame Grace"
My sleeve for this song is missing the "with" before my sweetheart. They left the empty space for it though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:17pm
TheDerek:

↳ Cheree July @4:10
there is one last holdout for punk, underground, cool ventures, which is owned by members of the ODDfellows. my favorite bar that use to have cool bartenders playing cool tunes(even if you are not a fan of the genre, it was underground tunes)have been replaced millenials who favor rap & mumford & sons
  4:24pm
?:

wheres the fire extinguisher? ITS LIKE so hot in here
  4:24pm
Cheree July:

Wow, MrDerek. Seriously?
Avatar 4:29pm
Mr. Oxford:

↳ TheDerek @4:17
I'm a millennial and by gollyy I can't stand Mumford & Sons. Their music is quite bland for me though I do recognize many in my generation do like them so there could be something I don't get.
  4:32pm
Kittimu:

I've never met anyone who genuinely likes mumford and sons
  4:34pm
Cheree July:

Mr. Oxford, you're a millenial in the chat?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:37pm
TheDerek:

↳ Mr. Oxford @4:29
Not knockin' Millienials as a whole, I'm married to one, but many just don't what indie means even they tend to be so in your face that THEY ARE THEEE MOST INDIE F**K'Rs out there the rest of us should take down our shingles. I didn't know it was a competition or a brand
  4:37pm
?:

i just paid $105 for a live alice cooper lp from 1972 but there was a pressing plant mishap on the record so i had to send it to NY so the dude in Great Britain would send me another copy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:41pm
TheDerek:

↳ Kittimu @4:32
the ones who do like them because they are safe & vunerable. Hence INDY-SAFE, but that label went out after the Ryan Adams NY Times fiasco, So now it's INDY-BORE...LOL!
  4:42pm
Cheree July:

Hmm, Indy-Safe? Never heard that one before.😄
Avatar 4:44pm
Debbie Davenport:

↳ Song: "Rock ‘n Roller" by "Hammered Satin"
Great work guys!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:45pm
TheDerek:

It's what the Sesame St gens call it. it's pejorative I mean when you music that makes R.E.M. edgy, jeez

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:46pm
TheDerek:

Sorry for the rant guys & gals, just jealous I can't go the party tonight, I am enjoying the hell out of the show!
Avatar 4:47pm
Debbie Davenport:

I got more and more confused about generation labeling over time. My great grandmother, grandmother, parents and husband are all "boomers" (I think). when they keep moving the time lines on that stuff it has less meaning to me. I'll be glad when that label is not used anymore. The rest of them at least kind of stick to their timelines.
Avatar 4:47pm

Avatar 4:55pm
Mr. Oxford:

↳ TheDerek @4:37
I think I understand what you mean. Many hipsters/indie music fans of my generation are hoity toity and bent on judging people. I had a bit of that too when I was in my 20s and I got rid of it because it just ruins all good things for everyone. I have found that older indie fans have generally tended to be more chill. That's the approach I am trying to take to everything these days.
Avatar 4:58pm

Thank you Don and Cheree for a great show!
