Until recently, I handled a company's social media, including the YouTube channel, and I offered advice, if wanted about ways to optimise the channel. So weird to say that here, but the more looks on the YouTube, can lead to more listeners, and more pledges. @Andreas sometimes we need time to do exactly that. No the call won't be on air, this is not something that would be of any interest to anyone.

	10:44am Rich in Bristol: Garbage-related family question, please: South Glos bin workers (South Glos is the next county after Bristol) are on strike until Sept. Only by withholding recycling, not all rubbish pickup. I've looked on the union website and their demands seem pretty fair. Pay is going up by 8% which doesn't meet inflation of 11% and is therefore a real-terms paycut. (For more info: www.unitetheunion.org...) My question is: Most of my South Glos-based family are dead against the strike and think the bin people just need to get back to work and protest in some other way that doesn't affect regular people. I can see their point, but the bin workers are only striking because it's an absolute last resort. How do I talk to my family about this without sending some of them into fiery rage (as is quite common)?

Until recently, I handled a company's social media, including the YouTube channel, and I offered advice, if wanted about ways to optimise the channel. So weird to say that here, but the more looks on the YouTube, can lead to more listeners, and more pledges. @Andreas sometimes we need time to do exactly that. No the call won't be on air, this is not something that would be of any interest to anyone.

Only by withholding recycling, not all rubbish pickup. I've looked on the union website and their demands seem pretty fair. Pay is going up by 8% which doesn't meet inflation of 11% and is therefore a real-terms paycut. (For more info: www.unitetheunion.org...) My question is: Most of my South Glos-based family are dead against the strike and think the bin people just need to get back to work and protest in some other way that doesn't affect regular people. I can see their point, but the bin workers are only striking because it's an absolute last resort. How do I talk to my family about this without sending some of them into fiery rage (as is quite common)?
