That soil info was good timing wise.
My neighbor is away & mentioned to me several times over the years, how this side lot in her back yard had become overgrown & unusable.
So, for a surprise, I went in there cut back all the brush, removed a tree stump & raked away about 10 years of leaves covering the 15' 20' area.
Letting the area soil breathe for awhile.
When she gets back we'll add some fill & seed it & well...there ya go
