i used to commit to cassette any record that i expected to be playing a lot, and sometimes the 2 sides were very incongruous, by most people's estimation.
i'd probably pick one of those, for variety's sake.
(like King Sunny Adé b/w naked raygun "throb throb"; or (no pussyfooting) b/w a mix from the ramones' first 2 albums)

I'd like to think production of these cassettes really paid off in some sense... Ford Ka, which was in production 5 years after the release of these tapes, had a fantastic cassette audio system. These are some tacky tape tunes though (yet I absolutely love 'em...) but they paved the way for you know...dare I say better music to be played in a Ford
