It would help stop the severity of wildfires while training people to do jobs that are needed.
A win win economy wise as crews would also spend money at local businesses where they are working. That's how to keep an economy strong.
Of course, there's no money for a program like that when you have a $multi-trillion dollar military budget (such waste & Fraud in that).
They did a controlled burn on a hillside in Milford,PA yeas ago right near the Milford Bridge (Milford,PA-Montague,NJ) that got wildly out of control when winds shifted.

I live in the woods & went out searching for the cause of the smoke yesterday before finding out about the Canadian Smoke Plume. Scary stuff.
